10 - 21 - 2011 Woman charged in road rage incident with baseball bat
(CDT) A 35-y/o State College woman who police said hit a delivery truck with a baseball bat after a road rage incident in August has been charged with disorderly conduct & criminal mischief. Jill Laux, waived her to right to a preliminary hearing on the charges Wednesday in county court. State College police said Laux was driving on University Dr. around midday Aug. 20 when she was cut off by a delivery truck. The driver told police he didnât mean to do it and that Laux followed him until he pulled over on East Prospect Avenue, where she pulled over, too, got out of her car, grabbed a baseball bat & hit the truckâs fender, a window and the delivery box.
