(CDT) Supporting schools from pre-kindergarten through college will be one of Dan Onoratoâs priorities if heâs elected governor, the Democratic hopeful told a room of Penn State students yesterday. He said the next governor will have to roll back a budget that is expected to have a $3-$4 billion deficit. With high unemployment rates, it wonât be the time to raise taxes. His remarks were made during a question & answer meeting in the HUB-Robeson Center that was organized by the Penn State Grassroots Network.
