07 - 19 - 2010 Accused former Marysville police officer’s hearing continued
(PCT) Robert Pavlovich Jr.'s preliminary hearing on charges he indecently assaulted a Marysville girl, has been continued until today in Perry Co. Pavlovich, a former Marysville police officer, is serving a 10 ½- to 26-yr. sentence in Albion State Prison, after he was found guilty in October 2008 of 16 similar charges, including sexual assault, against young girls in the borough. His attorney is Sean Potter, Perry Co. public defender. The 42-y/o Pavlovich is facing additional charges of aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault against a person less than 16, intimidation of a witness or victim and unlawful contact with a minor. If convicted of all the new charges, Pavlovich faces an additional 29 years in prison and $70,000 in fines.
