10 - 02 - 2013 Centre Co. undercover operation flush out heroin dealers
Five people have been charged with selling heroin to authorities in a series of undercover buys in Centre County. State police said Robert Carlin and Amanda Grieb, both of Philipsburg; Holly Simcisko, of Moshannon; Erika Miller, of Milesburg; and Christopher Long, of Clarence, face felony charges. Police said the five were charged for their roles in selling heroin in Patton and College townships and Pleasant Gap, Snow Shoe and Milesburg. Carlin, Grieb and Simcisko were placed in the Centre County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail. Police have yet to take Miller and Long into custody. Police said the five were arrested as part of an investigation into the transportation of heroin into the county and its resale here.
