BELLEVILLE - A 13-year-old Amish boy is dead and an 8-year-old boy is severely injured after a crash involving their wooden wagon and a pick-up truck Tuesday near Belleville, according to a report from Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown. Police said Jonathan L. Staley, 19, of Belleville, was driving a 1992 Ford F150 south on Waynesburg Road around 3:38 pm As he crested a hill, Staley saw the boys coasting down the hill in the wagon and they began to drift from the left side of the road across his line of travel to the right side of the road.
