05 - 06 - 2013 Friday crash in Burnham claims life of Lewistown man
BURNHAM - A Lewistown man died Friday after his pickup truck left the roadway and struck an Exxon sign at the Uni-Mart on West Freedom Avenue in Burnham. Police said it appeared that Barry G. Hutchinson, 67, suffered from a medical condition causing him to lose control of his 1988 Dodge pickup truck at 11:37 am. According to the report, responding police and emergency crews were able to free Hutchinson from the vehicle. Police said Hutchinson was transported to Lewistown Hospital and later flown via medical helicopter to Gesinger Medical Center, in Danville, where a nursing supervisor said he later died.
