04 - 04 - 2013 Belleville Mennonite School announces new superintendent
BELLEVILLE - The Board of Trustees at Belleville Mennonite School recently approved Starla Fogleman as the new superintendent of the school, effective July 1. Fogleman will replace Kevin Dellape. Fogleman brings a wealth of experience in education and a strong background in working with students and their families. She received a bachelor's degree in English education from Eastern Mennonite University and a master's degree in education with reading specialist and elementary education certifications from Shippensburg University. Fogleman started her career in the 1980s, teaching high school English at BMS. She then worked in the Mifflin County School District as the Title 1 reading specialist for 10 years. She will complete the 2012-2013 school year at Union Elementary School before beginning work at BMS in July.
