UNIVERSITY PARK â Penn State police said a male student used a cellphone to take video footage of another male student in a campus restroom Tuesday. Police did not identify the suspect, and he has not been charged yet. The incident was reported to police Tuesday night, but police said it happened between 11:45 am and noon Tuesday in Ewing Hall in the South Halls dorm complex. Police continue to investigate the incident, which they have classified as an invasion of privacy. Penn State police chief Tyrone Parham said officials want to hear from others in that residence hall who think they may have been videotaped and should call Penn State police are at 863-1111.
