HUNTINGDON - A 65-year-old Huntingdon man pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts of rape and two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse in a case that involved eight alleged victims in three counties, Huntingdon County District Attorney George Zanic said. Larry Myers pleaded guilty to five counts and, under the plea deal, will receive a sentence of 15 to 40 years and will have to go through a Megan's Law evaluation before the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Assessment Board to determine if he is to be classified as a sexually violent predator. Myers' sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 6 in the Huntingdon County Court of Common Pleas. He remains incarcerated at the Huntingdon County Prison.
